Bust Side bet

At my local casino they put the bust side bet recently (Today). In this case you can bet after the face card is shown. Im writing to see if this has been given before and what would be the house edge.
Same payout regardless of face card
3 card bust pays 1.5 to 1
4 card bust pays 3 to 1
5 card bust pays 4 to 1
6 card bust pays 12 to 1
7 card bust pays 50 to 1
8 card bust pays 100 to 1
It seems to be something wrong with this bet (positive to the player) and they might remove it soon
P of busting in 6 is 0.439259, (Regardless of number of cards)
0.49259*2.5= 1.231475, so its 23.1475% (without the extra pay outs)
so this means this is a +EV for the side bet or am I missing something
This is a 6 deck game, no hole card and H17
