Ok, so I've been messing around a little bit with Bovada blackjack. I really dig their bonuses, plus they cash out points after a few weeks (as in game credits), but can be played enough to turn into real cash. And even give you free money every other Wednesday. I've had a couple of good days where I cashed out a cool $1000 to $1400 on small buy ins. But I can't say that I can't win there like I would at say Planet Hollywood, or any downtown Vegas casino. In fact, I lose quite often there. My buy in's are small though so not a whole lot of complaining, but even in practice mode, you can't really seem to stay on a good run. The house always seems to make hands, even against some solid natural hands like 19's and 20's. The house even pushes some nice 20's and Bj's.
I don't think the software is gaffed or there is any cheating going on. There are far too many good reviews about them. But I do believe that there is a mathematical advantage to the casino playing a 6 deck shoe, and reshuffling after every hand. (It struck me as a little strange when I read the fine print that said they use 6 decks, but reshuffle every hand. Why then would you need 6 decks if you are only dealing 4 to 15 cards more less per hand). So here's my question to anyone who may know (I can't find this answer anywhere online):
What are the player odds and house odds when playing an online casino, 6 shoe deck, reshuffle after every hand?

Hi Welcome.
I don't use Bovada, but my online casino of choice offers a few variants of RNG blackjack including what they call 'American BlackJack' and 'Classic Blackjack'
Like your game they say it's 6 decks shuffled every hand.
For these games the house edge is as tiny as about 0.4% to 0.45% and my casino give 0,1% cashback regardless. So Edge is almost negligible and quadrupling a buy in or better is quite frequent.
So far I'm doing incredibly well there: See my blog. https://wizardofvegas.com/blog/member/oncedear
I do not see, nor do I expect to see an abundance of rounds where the house has unusually good hands, such as beating my 20 with 21. If I saw that now, I'd soon be suspicious.
Apparently Bovada has a good reputation, but I'm not inclined to use their RNG BlackJack for a reason. I'll say no more.
