Using CVCX and DVdata to simulate Spanish21

I've purchased CVCX and CVdata and ive messed around a bit with them, but I cant figure out how to get them to simulate spanish21, has anyone put a guide together to use this very awesome and powerful software? especially to simulate games like SF21 and Spanish21
