Well, I'll be Damned!
I always believed that a 10 and an ace would only pay out the 3:2 of a Natural if it was the first two cards received, and not from the result of a split.
But reading the rules for the Classic Blackjack RNG game of my online casino of choice, I see this rule:-
Is that a really unusual rule, or have I been deluded all these years?
Could it make splitting tens worthwhile?
Here are the Full rules
They quote "The player’s percentage of theoretical return is 99.56%"
I have great luck on that game and just turned £500 into £2500 $:o)
All luck and Basic Strategy, of course.
. . . And a little bit of stupid Martying for fun.

Quote: Rules of my gameIn the case of split Aces, a player's Classic Blackjack is not possible and is considered a regular 21. In this case, a dealer's Blackjack wins, and a dealer's 21 ends the round. In the case of split 10s, a player’s 21 is considered as a Classic Blackjack.
A Classic Blackjack in the Split loses to the dealer's Classic Blackjack.

Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.
Proverbs 18:2
A fool finds no satisfaction in trying to understand, for he would rather express his own opinion.
