Hi guys,
I sent the Wizard a Facebook message, and his assistant advised me to seek advice here. I recently came across an online casino (regulated by First Cagayan of the Philippines) with weird rules. I'd greatly appreciate anyone helping with the house edge calculation, or at least point me in the right direction. These rules are as follows:

Dealer doesn't take a hole card. Player blackjack always wins, i.e. immediate 3:2 payment upon player BJ.
S17
I'm not sure how many decks :( The site doesn't disclose.
Double after split allowed
Double on any 2 cards
One split only
Allowed to hit split aces
Split aces into blackjack pays 3:2, rule no 1 above applies
Doubling into dealer BJ, loss of bets, unsure. Hasn't come up in play.
No surrender

It feels like I'm advantaged due to the huge gain on naturals, but I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance..

I can understand how you didn't manage to find the appendix on the wizard's site ( https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/rule-variations/ ) as it's now not so easy to find anything.

For those trying to find the info, it's hidden under "articles" on https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/ , and gives all the differences for various rules.

btw the strategy would be slightly different - ENHC: splits into a dealer BJ lose as well, so it is usually wrong to split 8s vs 10 or Ace. Whether it's worth splitting Aces vs Ace is interesting since any Ten is an automatic winner (I'm assuming you mean 21s after splitting count as BJs and pay 3/2).

BJ +.19
HitA + .19
ENHC -.11 (lose doubles and splits)
No resplit-.10
