$10 tables during weekday, but will go to $15 on Pit whim. No grandfathering, 15 minute notice.
They don't seem to sweat much. I have watched many people ask to see the burn card, and watched 2 sister that I am positive were counting. One sis bet consistently at $25, other sister would wong out for long periods, and then jump in and play four hands, and wong back out. No one said a word to them.

so weird that so many people on the east coast ask to see the burn card. Playing in any other area, no one ever asks to see the burn.

I first saw a lot of people ask in Windsor so I started too. Used the "I'm superstitious" excuse. Every card helps. I no longer ask though.
We were there on Tues. July 7 around 1 PM and there were maybe 4 BJ tables going. Penetration is 80% ????? they had a notch on the shoe, and the four dealers I had all used the notch.
I used the WOO site BJ calculator to print off the basic strategy card, and they don't say a word about me using it at the table. They will bitch any time you bring your phone out of your pocket though, although you can manage to see the time on the phone without getting yelled at most of the time.
I heard they have/had DD games, but I have not seen them. I have not looked for a high limit area either.

It's just an unseen card like all the others behind the cut card. I never ask to see it but here in Connecticut I don't have to. The dealers automatically show it. In the very rare instance that one doesn't someone will ask to see it.
It's quite comical watching players scurry to adjust their bets based on the burn card.

True, but every card we can count, DOES help, even if ever so slightly.
