how to play 22-77 and 99-TT pair on pontoon? like total, for example 22 - it's 4, 99 - it's 18?
I lost $5k+ on pontoon and I worry that misunderstand the pontoon chart

I assume you are referring to https://wizardofodds.com/games/pontoon/australian/ . For instance in the chart it suggests you split 2s vs 2-7.
