Greetings!
Here are the rules:
dealer stand on soft 17
double after split allowed
resplit is not allowed
double on any two cards
early surrender on any dealer card (before you make any decision, like hit)
dealer peeks for blackjack with dealer card ten or lower
before dealer peeks for blackjack with dealer card ace you can surrender (surrender is ofered the same time as insurance and you can not choose both)
What is house edge for this set of rules?
I presume that for basic strategy for dealer A i look in the NoPeek(european) chart and for dealer 10,9.. in the peek(american) chart. So i hit 14,77,88 vs 10 and i surrender 16 vs 9; 16,15 vs 10;5-7,12-17,33,66-88 vs A. Is this correct?
The game is offered at titanbet as surrender blackjack.
Have a nice time!

Why the heck is the dealer checking for blackjack with something lower than a ten showing? I would be fairly confident that he would not have blackjack, even without a peek.
