how much does it add to the player if the casino rounds up $2.50 to $4 on a BJ?

It depends what you're betting with that pink chip. Three whites? Two green? Don't forget surrender. You'll pick up an extra 25 cents on those as well.
If done on every hand it will slow the game down significantly and that could annoy people on both sides of the table.

A casino I know used to have a great game where $7.50 paid $12 on BJ and surrendered to $4. There were no $0.25 chips, and I guess they didn't want to take the time to make $11.50 on the BJ. Now they added a $1 game with a $0.25 ante, so they have lots and lots of $.25 chips. There went that play!

I'm tempted to say "$0.25" and leave it at that:-)
I get about 5 hundredths of a percent. (.25/12.50)*(1/13)*(4/13)=0.00047

For the Title wager of 19 to 12.5 it removes about 0.095% House advantage.
$4 to $2.50 is much larger... it removes 0.47% House Advantage.

What's the point? Few if any casinos will break a red to two pinks. So your opportunity for this slight advantage comes only after a winning BJ with an odd bet.

Didn't you forget to multiply chance of getting BJ by 2 since you can get ace-ten or ten-ace. This raises value to 9 hundredths of a percent.

I have never had a casino NOT break a red into two pinks if I asked. Usually it was for a very responsive waitress's tip or something else, and they'd likely pay a winner by replacing the pink with a red, but I doubt they wouldn't give you the change you want.
Do they still have the pink chip poker game at the Trop in AC? I remember playing it a lot in the early 2000s.

Both the casinos I'll be found at will give pinks on request - to the extent I actually have to specify "whites" if I want one chopped up - but they round down on a natural, like I'd imagine almost everyone else. It's the side bets: there are a number of people for whom whites won't cut it, but reds are too much.
The trick to poker is learning not to beat yourself up for your mistakes too much, and certainly not too little, but just the right amount.
