The reason for the question is, I am attempting to hold a decent size BJT.
I have been warned from a few in the business, that the bigger the prize pool, the more likely
I am to see "teams" come in and run over my tournament.
My worry is that if this is the case, my tournament will not be a success.
By success, I mean, a worth while tournament that all participants enjoy and would like to come back to,
for both the BJT player and the avg Joe who decides to enter.
Any thoughts or details on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Some casinos (in Vegas) require player cards to register. Since APers are adverse to being carded, this may act as a control mechanism.

I wouldn't call this a hard and fast rule. Plenty of APs play on cards sometimes as the comps are a part of the overall edge. Especially if you have to travel to the places where you play.
