I think I've read that though they only pay 1:1 for a BJ that the odds are still better.

There used to be "Bottoms Up" at Riviera that paid 7:5 on a BJ (which is one of the stranger payouts I've seen on a BJ game). It doesn't have the rules of Double Exposure though... they are slightly different if I remember correctly, but I don't remember how they are different.

I can't see how the odds are better in Dbl Exp. when you LOSE with a push hand.

Plus, you can't play basic strategy too much and how would you handle say a 15 or 16 against a dealer 11?(if there is no surrender)

I've only read a little about it in Pro. BJ. Wong states that for each TC the advantage goes up 0.7% for the player instead of 0.5% as it would be to not show the HC. I have to read more about it though.

They have "Face Up Blackjack" at the Primm Valley Resort. Not sure if the rules are exactly the same but you see both of the dealers cards.

Buffalo Bills next to Primm Valley also has it.

I was just there for 2 days and both tables were closed during the week.

Primm Valley also removed their EZ Baccarat game.
But they have Double Exposure BJ.
Go figure.

The 2 casinos are normally packed on weekends.
