If I'm playing a S17 DAS RSA LS 6 deck shoe, and using a KO count, what is the house edge when the bet is kept flat, but all index plays are used?
In other words, how much HE do indices shave off?

You may be able to cut it in half. Deep penetration, a stronger count and aggressive wonging just might get you to break even while flat betting. Comp hustling 101?
