Are you considering forming a team? Get Blackjack Blueprint by Rick "Night Train" Blaine.

I haven't read one since Uston's. I really liked his and still use his count.

You've got all the heavy-hitters there. Anything else will probably be books about specific counts and systems. I would give "The Big Book of Blackjack" (Snyder) a read just for the fun of it - it duplicates some of the content of Blackbelt in Blackjack, but it's enjoyable on a more aesthetic level than most other blackjack books.

Personally, I haven't yet read Comp City (have a copy, just haven't opened it yet), Blackjack as a Business, The Big Player/Million Dollar Blackjack, Blackjack Attack (again, I have it and read the first chapter, just need to keep going), or The Theory of Blackjack. I feel like I should add all of these to my reading list, even if some of them are outdated or if I don't really intend on playing with a team anytime soon. Just for the historical aspect, if nothing else.

I also recommend Blackjack Blueprint, previously mentioned by another poster.

My favorite is "Las Vegas Blackjack Diary" by Stuart Perry. The book came out about the same time I became a serious player. It's not a "how to" book, but a detailed record of the author's 250+ blackjack sessions spanning two-months in Las Vegas. I mention it because it is not very well known.

Bob, you forget the "bible" of Blackjack :

John Patrick's Advanced Blackjack

Book Description
Publication Date: November 28, 2006
A few years ago John Patrick published a well-received book for beginning blackjack players. Now, he offers the next step up for seasoned players who know the game but somehow still manage to lose. This book will instruct players that with astute money management (& a little luck) they will leave the table winners. Watch for trends, Patrick urges players. When a player wins 3 out of 4 hands, it can be considered a positive sign that the shoe is with him. The reverse applies if the player loses 3 out of 4 hands. His methods explain how to keep count of the aces & face cards as well as the cards in between. Card counting has rarely been made so easy. Patrick is a professional gambler who gives seminars on gambling at various casinos.

I thought to be a professional gambler, you actually
had to make money at gambling. Last I heard Patrick
tells people how to play, not how to win. He's still
waiting to discover that for himself.

Many of these books, although I have most, are somewhat outdated and no offense to the authors, but rather generic, covering the same basic material. Usually the hi-lo system and index plays and some sort of money management advise, which often is lacking and hasn't been adjusted for the huge variance in today's games. Other books like KO blackjack, get into specific, either level one or level 2 counts.

Personally, Blackjack Attack VOLUME 3 is a must have for any serious player. I also, like Modern Blackjack by Norm Wattenberger. It covers all the basics and then some and is more in tune with the games of today. It is put together in such a way that it is very easy to understand. Norm Is big on Charts and graphs. And the great thing is that it can be downloaded for free via his website, or you can purchase a hard copy. For those of you not familiar with Norm, he is a programmer and sells some of the top blackjack software available. I don't know of a serious player that doesn't use Norms software.

Another newer book, that has great value is Advanced tactics in Casino Advantage Play by Abram Alexander. Again, more in tune with todays game with strong info on tactics necessary to beat the games of Today.

There are several good books written by surveillance guys that any serious player should take a read. Books like How to beat Casino Surveillance by Vinny DeCarlo or Casinology By Bill Zender.

And Lastly, I would recommend any serious player read one of two, legal books, Blackjack and the law by I Nelson Rose or Beat the Player by attorney Bob Nersesian.
