I chose not to play at all when I was there last week once the storm hit and knocked out the casino's server - which, in turn prevented players getting rated on the system (although they claimed they were still rating people on paper that would then be entered into the system when it came back on line - riiiiiiiiiiiight!)

It wasn't that long ago that all ratings were done manually and many feel it was more generous. You may have missed a chance to get a little extra. You should have spoken to your host immediately. I'm sure he would have done what was needed to allay your concerns. Now he's going to want to know why you didn't play.

It was relayed to my host - and even if it is done by hand - how do I know they were really putting the info into the computer?

I actually have to agree with you. They were having problems with the system the day I was there. When my card wasn't pulled by a supervisor after 15 minutes, I angrily spoke to the pit boss. He was QUITE curt with me that they were having problems with the system and my play did not matter to them.
I'm not sure why you're so enchanted with Revel... it's very nice and they are treating you well... but the service is typical Atlantic City which is not a way to stay in business.

I agree Tiltpoul - and I just had a 'run-in' with a PB and the matter has been referred to HR - I am debating whether to play at all this weekend! Thoughts on whether I should boycott?

I don't believe so. I was actually going to go over last night (and shot Tilt a PM to that effect), but then my night auditor showed up TREMENDOUSLY late and I was too tired to feel like it. I would normally consider going after work on a Saturday night, but tomorrow is going to be such a busy day weed-eating around my stream in 100+ degree weather that I need to get as much sleep as possible. I normally wouldn't weed eat on such a day, but there is to be a 4th of July party with fireworks at my place tomorrow and all of the kids coming love to goof off in that stream. I want to make sure that if there are any snakes, the kids at least have some prayer of seeing them ahead of time!
