You could skulk around vegas and locate MDawg. You could tap him on the shoulder and introduce yourself. You could follow him to the cage and onwards up to his suite. That would not be doxxing. It would not be respecting privacy. If it were decided that you had used this forum to facilitate your mischief, that would most likely have been a rule 4 infringement..... But then if all your info came from a forum at true passage, that would have been incidental to this forum and outside of it's moderators jurisdiction :o)

If you're going to inject the minutia of "The Rules" into the equation, may I point out that someone posting as the MDawg poster has done, identifying suites and precise play history and photos of his accessories along with dates is, drum roll please,
NOT RESPECTING HIS OWN PRIVACY.
I mean, that's pretty obvious. If someone goes out of his way to throw breadcrumbs in every direction, is it a legitimate use of "The Rules" to penalize other posters who are not respecting the MDawg poster's privacy when he himself is not respecting it?
That's the rub. There's no rules or logic or law of nature that dictates that a person can't self-sabotage his own privacy, which is exactly what the MDawg poster has done over and over again. So while the MDawg poster continually lays out bread crumbs, anyone who starts nibbling at them is hamstrung or penalized by "The Rules" while the MDawg poster keeps tossing out the breadcrumbs.
If the rule is that privacy should be respected, then a moderator or site owner should not take the simple parochial view that a poster can't sabotage his own privacy. That's what the MDawg poster has repeatedly done.
You can try the following thought experiment. If somebody had been hanging out with MDawg, and had posted everything MDawg has posted without MDawg's permission, would that person be considered to have breached MDawg's privacy? What about if it was his wife? What about if it was a PI following him?
"The Rules" in this case are, as usual, subjective, imprecise, and almost worthless as they would not be applied, and have not been applied, in any consistent fashion.

So, yes they are subjective. I/we try to be predictable and consistent. Even open to constructive criticism. Moderate a forum before judging us too harshly.

I'm (not) wracked with guilt for every time I've failed to unsuspend members on time. But I do try to do the right thing.
In my defence, they were usually members suspended by wizard another moderator. I didn't suspend MDawg on this occasion, So I guess I'll have to remind myself of when he's due out.
Since his adoring fans and disciples seem so fretful, I'll point out that he is apparently happy and well and over $100,000 to the good SINCE his suspension here.... That's from his baccarat session reports over on another forum. Bless his cotton socks, he still just cannot lose. I don't recall seeing him reporting on how many $millions he lost on Bitcoin over that time though... But that's a different budget and only transient, of course.
Go seek out his own little corner of the internet ( clues were a few posts back ). I'm sure we can afford to send him some traffic.

Could you make it up to me by showing me that it wasn't just me that it happened to and that it does indeed happen to others.

I have communication with dozens and dozens and I'm not going to say how many, if it's 4 dozen or 24 dozen fans of his, but I will tell you there are numerous members of this forum alone that are admirers of his.
And in my opinion there is not a damn thing wrong with being an admirer, the same as there's not a damn thing wrong with not being an admirer of his.
The only thing I do not understand is, if you are not an admirer and you don't side with him why the infatuation and why the energy of the repetitivenes and the attempt to hurt the gentleman?
