Data mining with a free source program, I have the ability to generate a pool size of 2.6 billion 'digital people'. I enter real physical data from my local casino. The program reveals outliers in the form of streaks, patterns, sequences starting at 38 consectutive. At which point, I instruct the program to show the next selections for (ex: digital person # 326,723,871) capitalization. Contrary to popular belief, there is a way to reduce volitility.
