None can alter (either increase or decrease) the house edge. To most folks here, that's equivalent to "worthless". Lots of people find having a structured betting pattern a valuable aid to playing, so in that sense betting systems may not be worthless. But "betting system" to most people means a specific pattern of varying bets under the assumption of a constant house edge and independent events, and that sort of system cannot change anything about the long-term average results. (N.b. card counting in blackjack does not follow those assumptions: knowing the count means knowing how the house edge varies in a depleting deck or shoe.)

I challenge any blackjack or craps player to play along with me with a 13k bankroll for 30 sessions. I am VERY confident we will win 1k per session minimum.
I would like to have the player post the results of each of the 30 sessions on this forum to prove me right or wrong. Each session will be under 2 hours. I will put up the entire 13K bankroll BUT give the player the opportunity to do the same at a 50/50 split of earnings.
The purpose of this challenge is to show the Adminisgrator/Wizard who feels ALL systems are worthless over time (key words 'over time'), that with this modest size bankroll, I can train anybody to win 1k/day consistently for a period of 30 consecutive sessions, while demonstrating exceptional bankroll management. I will show that with player managment ANYONE can win when instructed refined discipline, adequately funded, playing craps or blackjack.
You have quite a collection. I enjoy reading systems and created one of my own. Are these still for sale or trade?

This sounds like a good challenge. I do not live in the US so that I cannot take you up on this.
But, I would be willing to bet $1k with even odds against been succesfull on such challenge.
Your betting and stretegy system can be anything excluding counting.
The player will have bankroll 13k and play 30 sessions of maximum 2 hours and he will win at least 1k per session.
Actually, I will allow also counting or any other advantage technique to be used as well.
The person to play (or at least observe) must be a trustworthy person like the Wizzard.

I'll do it. I'm not going to put up any of the bankroll. I'll take the 50/50 split of the 30K winnings, obviously you keep the 13K starting bankroll. I'll be in Vegas next month for 3 weeks so let's just do half the sessions and split that. As someone who doesn't believe in systems, I will post daily results. If your system works, I will come on here and tell everyone that it does. And I will endorse you to take on the Wizard in his betting system challenge if it still exists. Unless this was just a lame attempt to get someone to give you half their winnings in exchange for hearing your nonsense cheerleader crap at a blackjack table.. I can get a homeless person to STOP doing that for $5.
