I am trying to work out how often there is a difference of 10 or more wins/ losses betting everyhand in baccarat?
Is there a formula to calculate this?

Are you? Or are you hoping that someone can give you a magical number that will validate some winning progressive system.
Dan, I follow your threads. Knock it on the head mate. NO SUCH HOLY GRAIL EXISTS.
Psalm 25:16 Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. Proverbs 18:2 A fool finds no satisfaction in trying to understand, for he would rather express his own opinion.

Yes.

The simplest method is to use
N = Number of hands
P = probability of the result
Q = (1-P)
Average = N P
Std Deviation = SQRT ( N P Q )
Now use normal distribution to work out which tail you're looking at ( see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_normal_table or the first question at https://wizardofodds.com/ask-the-wizard/baccarat/ ).
