It's not close to the same. O'shea's is now just a small corner of the Quad casino, rather than a casino by itself. With a target audience of the younger, drunken crowd, the low limit rules are typical EE garbage. The place just feels wrong. You know when someone is 'trying too hard' and the effort just comes off as phoney or insincere. THAT's the new Oshea's.

The place doesn't even rate it's own web site! As kewlj points out, it seems to be a side attraction for The Quad.

It seems Caesars will finish remodeling the Quad and change its name to The Linq. Among the rumors is the fact that O'Sheas will vanish once again.

So it would seem now that the rumors about the demise of its demise were exaggerated ;P

O'Sheas, the only place I have ever been comped drinks by the bartender for drinking enough Guinness. (No one was one the video poker machines).

Really? When I was there in February, O'Shea's seemed busier than Quad. But maybe CET was in the red from all the "free" booze they gave out. I like the place because they had Lagunitas IPA on tap.
