Green Valley Ranch posted a photo to its Facebook page of somebody playing a 100 Times machine with what appears to be called "Deuces Bonus," where they got four deuces on the deal. What surprised me was, the payout for 5 credits was 1110 (i.e. 222 for 1).

I can't find this in any payout chart online. How common is it?

I went and looked and it appears to be 2000 for quad deuces with an Ace kicker, and 1000 for quad deuces otherwise.

The picture I am looking at is definitely showing a win of 111,000 on a bet of 500 (5 x 100 hands). The payout of $27,750, which is 111,000 quarters, matches this.
(Sorry for posting a link to the picture rather than the picture itself, but I don't want to take the chance that GVR goes after the site for some copyright infringement.)

Is this a bonus payout for the deal only, with a more common pay for the draw?
May the cards fall in your favor.

Look more carefully, not just the total win.

Yes, 89 hands with 4 Deuces at $1000 each and 11 hands with 4 deuces and an Ace for $2000 each giving $111,000.
