What real difference, all the shuffling, if what's going to happen happens anyway?

The only way that real life is randomized is if the fields are moving alongside the moving energies in the same way. If wormholes in space-time are always present. If we could not only see the universe from outside, but also reach in and rearrange it.

Only the One, the great mover, who is also the "road" can be in such constant flux.

I think it's time to reseed your chatbot program.

is there proof of this?

if the game was played on a table
and we walked up to the empty table to play, the dealer would not be shuffling the deck over and over.
in a shuffle machine it would be a waste of electricity

i think it is the same in a vp machine
online vp games where the code can be seen, like in javascript, the deck is not being shuffled many times per second

so i refuse to believe it is done that way in a vp machine

Nevada Gaming Regulation 14.040(2)(a):
"Each possible permutation or combination of game elements which produce winning or losing game outcomes must be available for random selection at the initiation of each play."
If the RNG worked on "generate the next number when you push the 'deal' button," then "every possible permutation" isn't possible for that play - just the next one in the RNG's predetermined sequence.

You would also have the situation where a machine would be "due" to hit a Royal Flush if it hadn't hit it in a while, as the "next Royal" would depend on the number of times the machine had been played since the previous one.

(Yes, I am aware that the number of plays between Royals would be different between any particular pair of them.)

Then again, this may not always be the case; how did Ronald Harris beat those keno machines in 1996?

he knew how the rng seed was first set, so the story goes

but the American Coin event that was B4 that
read in Google Books

no problem with the rng,
but the program dis-allowed every other Royal Flush, IIRC
and many knew the machines were rigged (had to be rigged) but the NGC for 3 years could not find out how it was done
until a whistle-blower, Larry Volk, came out to Ronald Dale Harris
great story

except everyone looked the other way when the whistle-blower got his brains blown out B4 going to court
so fast to forget reality
money talks in Nevada
big time!

regulations without showing the code actually used
is like getting your brains blown out, some might say
is that in a Rolling Stones song?

I can play open G guitar just like Keith (i know!) and Stevie Riks (all these English guys)
