Top 10 2019 NBA bets to consider. http://bit.ly/34A59Vn

Here in the U.S., we are in the middle of one of the busiest times of the year for sports betting.

This week, five sports leagues will be in action (NCAA football and basketball, the National Basketball Association, the National Football League and the National Hockey League).

As the NBA season began less than two weeks ago, we take a look at some wagers to consider for the remainder of the season. Top 10 2019 NBA bets to consider. http://bit.ly/34A59Vn

10. Houston Rockets
Tonight, the Houston Rockets will take the court on the road against the Memphis Grizzlies. Coming off a rough 129-100 loss to the Miami Heat last night, the Rockets are looking to go one game above .500 with a win tonight.

9. Brooklyn Nets
The Brooklyn Nets are hosting the New Orleans Pelicans tonight. Listed as a 3.5 favorite at bet365, Brooklyn aims to get on the right track to where they were expected to be this season..

8. Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets are in a tough Northwest division with the Portland Trailblazers, Utah Jazz, Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder. The Jazz are favorites to win the division at 5-to-4 odds at bet365. Behind them are the Nuggets at 13-to-10. The Nuggets seem like a better pick to win the division because of what they showed last season and a few new additions.

7. Tyler Herro
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 draft, Zion Williamson, is out for several weeks to start his rookie campaign. This opens the conversation much more for Rookie of the Year candidates. According to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino SuperBook, Zion is no longer the favorite at 5-to-1 behind Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies at 3-to-1. Despite being out, he is tied as the second favorite with RJ Barrett of the New York Knicks, which tells you how good people expect him to be.

6. Boston Celtics
The Boston Celtics had quite an offseason. Losing Kyrie Irving, Al Horford and Terry Rozier to free agency, fans in Boston may have started to lose hope in what was supposed to be a bright future for the team.

5. Miami Heat
The Miami Heat have sprinted out of the gate with a 5-1 record, despite Jimmy Butler missing the opening few games due to paternity leave. They have a two-game lead in their Southeast Division, which they sit at 8-to-13 odds on bet365 to win.

4. Houston Rockets
Unlike the Southeast, the Southwest division is much more competitive and tight. As of today, the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs are atop the division with 4-2 records. Right behind them are the Houston Rockets at 3-3.

3. LA Clippers
When you look at the roster for the LA Clippers, you see a team filled with defensive talent on top of scoring. Patrick Beverly, Kawhi Leonard and Montrezl Harrell are going to make it tough for any player to score on them. If that wasn’t enough, Paul George will be making his 2019 season debut sometime this month, and he was named to last year’s NBA All-Defensive First Team.

2. Milwaukee Bucks
After the regular season last year for the Bucks, fans had their eyes set on an NBA title but saw their team come up short after losing in the Eastern Conference Finals to the eventual NBA champion Toronto Raptors.

1. Giannis Antetokounmpo
As last season’s Most Valuable Player, Giannis “The Greek Freak” Antetokounmpo looks to win the award in back-to-back seasons for the first time since Steph Curry did so in 2014 and 2015.

Giannis averaged 27.7 points per game, 12.5 rebounds per game and 5.9 assists per game last year. He shot just under 58% from the field due to his ability to get to the basket at will with his speed and length.

Giannis is listed as the favorite to win the regular season MVP at 13-to-5 on bet365. Anthony Davis and James Harden are right behind him in the race both at 9-to-2.

Giannis is out of the gate quickly again this year averaging 26.7 points, 13.8 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game.

If “The Greek Freak” can continue to improve on his jumper from mid-range and three-point land, then he will become even more unstoppable than he already is and win a second MVP trophy in as many years.

Bet $100 to win $260 on Giannis Antetokounmpo to win MVP.
