Browsing different online casinos I often see that Mega Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger games being put in Baccarat category. Are those games really baccarat?

Sic Bo is a dice game and Dragon Tiger is betting on which of two cards is higher. So no, absolutely nothing to do with Baccarat.

They probably figure the games have a lot of crossover in their clientele, so they put them together. Same reason you see Pai Gow and Baccarat near each other, or UTH near Mississippi Stud, etc.
Casinos are not your friends, they want your money. But so does Disneyland. And there is no chance in hell that you will go to Disneyland and come back with more money than you went with. - AxelWolf and Mickeycrimm
