I would have two different bets sometimes at 2 different tables which was the issue

IIRC, that is explicitly forbidden in my local UK casino. E.g. members are told off for trying to play BJ and roulette at the same time on adjacent tables.

And yet there is no AP maneuver here.

In theory the casino is getting double the action

The casino I play in usually has a few tables open in the higher limit room when I go in the morning. I tend to do the hit and run strategy where I win a couple hundred dollars and go play a few hands of baccarat. Wanted to get an opinion on what would happen - if anything, if instead of going to play baccarat after winning $200 at the blackjack table, I just hopped over to the table next to me. I'm one of those people that likes to press and gets frustrated when I lose a few hands in a row so figure this might be a good way for me to play and be "smarter".

The way you worded it makes it seem like you are moving around for no reason.

But there is nothing wrong with getting up and leaving once you reach your goal, or if it's not happening. There are definitely winning and losing streaks in all card games, that may or may not follow the card count.

This is not a topic that the people here will agree on, and if you listen to the so-called card-counting experts here you should sit in front of a BJ table indefinitely because card counters will always win over time. But even if that were true, casinos ban you for winning too much at BJ (this has happened to me), so the reality is that you must hit and run.

I don't sit in front of a card table 7/24, I don't even sit in front of a card table more hours than I need to win when I am in a casino for weeks at a time, so to say that streaks don't matter or that getting up and leaving after winning makes no difference contradicts my own personal experience - which involves - winning.
I tell you itís wonderful to be here, man. I donít give a damn who wins or loses. Itís just wonderful to be here with you people.

It's generally simply disruptive and that's why I think they forbid it.

I understand that I will probably be scrutinized and dissected, but if I were to play a new show and leave when I am up one unit and do the same at the table next to me and continue doing so going back and forth between the tables, will I catch any heat from the casino? I understand it's a slow and tedious way of making some money. Keep in mind - there is no mid-shoe entry at this casino.

You donít even need to change tables to employ this strategy. Simply play at a table until you win a unit , then immediately get up and do a walking lap around the casino, sit back down at same table, win your unit, repeat the process over and over.

People mistakenly believe that the hit and run strategy has to involve changing tables , or driving home from the casino and coming back the next day.

Indeed. It's simple. Play the winning hands and skip the losing ones, Or bet more on the winning ones.

The key is betting less on hands you lose. And staying hydrated.

Actually, in poker it is usually correct to sit behind the aggressive players. I will sometimes ask for a seat change and blame the cards or whatever in order to gain position on those types of players.

So you might change your betting strategy because of your seating arrangement, but it will not change whether you get good or bad cards.

The last 5 or 6 posts were basically made to make fun of you.

I'll try and give you a fair answer. If you are not being disruptive, you will most likely be allowed to get up from one table and sit at another. But the forum members here are deriding you because unless you are counting cards there is no reason to pick one table over another. And you make it seem like you will always win one unit at each table so there is no risk.... you will win that one unit no matter what. Read up on Martingale to know how that isn't true.

Also, search this site for "Gambler's Fallacy".
