Question on Wizard's House Edge Calculator

| johnnyc Member since: Jun 19, 2010 Threads: 5 Posts: 12 | at http://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/calculator/ the wizard indicates that the "realistic results" are based on total dependent basic strategy, like the tables on this site, and the use of a cut card, which favors the dealer. Regarding the use of a cut card, does anybody know what percentage of shoe penetration is assumed? |

This means if a game dealt from a CSM shuffled every round is 0.30% and the cut card with optimal basic strategy is 0.33%, then the House Advantage with just the cut-card effect is 0.32%. To err is human. To air is Jordan. To arrr is Pirate. |

That is pretty much correct. It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet. |
