I thought about the opposite direction and Allowing a double for any # of cards in front of you.
How to make it so that's it not +EV using basic strategy?
Some of my thoughts using WAG math:
1) 5% commission if doubling up on 3+ cards, paid before card is dealt
2) 1% commission on ALL doubles if you win
3) If you double on 3+ cards and win with 20, the double up doesn't get paid
How would you do it?
And why isn't my idea of doubling on any # of cards in any of the major casinos?
