I change my mind.
I'm OK with Corps which pick and choose clienteles. Both insurance companies and casinos have the right to pick and choose customers. They may keep profitable ones and kicked out the rest. But, I'm not OK with a casino supervisor who says counting cards... is like stealing food from a buffet (a foodlifting offense), or video-taping a movie in a cinema (a piracy offense).

The fact that Mike, Emanuel and others like them still have jobs is a huge part of the problem in AC. They still act like they are doing you a favor by being there, like it is still 1978.

Story from the other night at Caesars AC. I opened a $25 min table with a $500 buy in and ordered a beer while the dealer was shuffling. The dealer had zero personality, but I can live with that. Played for at least 30 minutes, had $550 and still no beer. Asked about the beer and the dealer said she is busy and has the entire area. I cashed out and went over to the Toga and just charged a beer to the room. They lost a chance at taking my money and I ended up sitting at the bar instead of playing for a good 30 minutes. With the beer delivered, I probably would have stayed at the table and perhaps lost. Caesars just doesn't get it. Reducing staff and expenses is costing them business, not saving them money.

I honestly am not sure why I go back instead of flying to Vegas. All things considered I have a better time for not much more money.

They were having a free concert on boardwalk in front of boardwalk hall. At 945 an announcer got up on stage and said the attendant for Hall garage is off at ten and won't stay late and everyone had to get their cars out of garage.

The customer service in AC casinos is beyond pathetic.

The politicians & press whine about AC losing to half its business to "Competition".

How could that happen, so fast, if AC really "COMPETING" to keep players happy?

Exhibit A: Borgata
