Found this video on Youtube of a weird Pai Gow variant. Not exactly sure what the rules are, but it seems you only get two tiles to face off against the house. There's side bets for what the total of your hand will be; I believe you can bet on the number total as well as if it will be Wong or Gong or a pair. When your hand adds up to ten or twenty points, that's also a special hand somehow.
The rules are explained in the video description but Google translate is crap with Chinese so maybe a Chinese-speaking forum member can tell us what exactly is going on.

This looks like Chinese Dominoes... especially due to a dice roll before the hands are played. I would wiki 'Chinese Dominoes' for more help, as I did. Betting on it is probably complicated.
