Blackjack push side bet

My local Indian casino has a single deck blackjack game with a deep deck penetration. It offers a side bet paying 10:1 for a push. It is my understanding that the standard push percentage is 8%.
Assuming you played to a hand of => 17 vs the normal basic strategy and you used a hi lo count, is there a count where the deck is off balance enough to make this a good bet? What about playing multiple hands, say three hands, so that you win one and lose two to make you plus eight?
