Placing 6 and 8 and playing them hard

I am blown away of the amount of information here and would like to apologize ahead of time if this information is already posted here. I like to place the 6 and 8 and play them hard. More times than not I walk away with more money than I started with. When they come easy I put the hard way back up. Sometimes it comes hard and I get paid for both. My question is is their a formula for increasing my bets that will eventually bring my money back to me if the 7 keeps showing up? Thank you, Chris

No, there is no combination of bets that will bring your money back to you. In the long run, you will always lose. To lose less, don't bet the hardways and instead press on the 6 and 8 only.
