Here's a question for the Wizard, is the above question reasonable sound, or the casino is sweating the money. Especially when the Straight Flush pays 50 to 1, and floor supervisors are required to change the cards, while the Pai Gow Insurance bet of 10 high is also 50 to 1, but are not required to change.

Sweating the money! I suppose they might be worried that someone is marking the cards, and the only way to fight that is to change the decks. But I can't dream of a way to use that to your advantage in emperor's challenge.

I agree, sweating the money. I would only fuss with that for wins of 1000-1 or more.
It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet.
