When playing a multi-line slot machine (again, not a video slot), can the percentage of payout change based on the number of lines selected? |

Yes. It usually does, the higher the denom, the higher the return.
No, except if there is some kind of max-bet incentive. Like the jackpot can only be hit on the last payline. It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet. |
