Site Administrator,

I would like to request a Craps category in the Gambling Discussion section. Since there are so many Craps players that frequent this board. I for one.

Anyone else?

Thank You

I'm giving this post another Bump.

We've not heard a yes or no or even a "I'm thinking about it".

Here's hoping someone out there is listening.

I would like to third this motion....

I do not see much about craps and it is one of the most difficult games to learn.

Yes I have been contacted and told it was a good idea so look for it soon. It takes time and effort from the software programmer to make a change on a board.

Craps is a fun game, and with odds the house take is minimal compared with other games such as Roulette, and those crazy variations of Black Jack like Super Fun 21 and Black Jack switch.

It really isn't as hard as it looks as long as you stick to a few basic bets with odds and stay away from the hard ways and proposition sucker bets.

Back in the day there was no such thing a s a Craps table, you played in an ally or in a box. The casinos came up with that layout to entice us to make bets with a high house advantage.

Just stick to a pass line bet with double odds to start and take it from there.

I did a piece on Vegas Message Board entitled "Did you want to try Craps but felt too intimidated" where I go into some detail on how to play for the novice. It's in the Casino Games section at the top as a sticky thread.

Here's a link to cut and paste if you'd like to check it out.
