I suppose you could say it's not factual, unless it's established as a fact. However, saying it's a lie or fiction is definitely suspendable. I would file such a claim by EB with the one that an invisible dinosaur lives in his backyard -- it's never been proven nor disproven.

In my opinion, I don't believe he knows a good enough lawyer. Pleading the fifth, not because I'm afraid of getting suspended, but because it's more fun not letting MDawg get what he wants, and in part because of what I said in my earlier post. And yes, I do stand corrected, and give you credit for asking. I may have misjudged the situation. In my defense, that was the first limerick and I wanted to show my appreciation for the effort. I also thought "yarner" was a friendly and playful jab that EB wouldn't have minded.
However, since my character as a moderator has been impugned, I shall suspend myself for one week.
