Emerald City Images

Bob -

Yeah, I checked out those images. One of them has the Emerald City I used.

You'll note that some are radically different. Some have a double halo instead of a rainbow. And some aren't even green!
Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown. But how much does it cost to knock on wood?

The implication I get from the rainbow is there's
a pot of gold at the end of it. Thats only true for
the casino, not people reading the site.

Ever tried to get to the end of the rainbow? It's always just out of reach...

A few months ago I was treated to a complete bow, unbroken across the sky, both ends diving into earth. First time I ever saw a complete one.

My parents believed that they drove through the end of a rainbow once.

I voted number #4 followed by #7. I like the histogram over the Emerald City.

Don't worry about the license issues.

The Wizard ought to register the trademark though. There are (were) other folks using the, "Wizard of Odds" or "Wizard of Vegas" monikers on the web. Remember the in home massage guy? There's also a listing for a "Wizard of Odds Gaming Consulting" on Sienna Vista, but this may be our patron's.

I think I did register Wizard of Vegas and Wizard of Macau. Wizard of Odds I didn't because it was used before me, for example by a game show starring Alex Trebec, preceding Jeopardy. I used to live on Sienna Vista Drive.
It's not whether you win or lose; it's whether or not you had a good bet.

I voted 8 as I think it looks cleaner and I like the more realistic Emerald City graphic. I get the Rainbow reference and the fact that often it is present in pictures of Emerald City, but I think you get the point of the Emerald City without the rainbow due to the yellow brick road and the realistic image of the City.

Even tho im new here and roaming thru the math and gambling posts i agree with Evenbob...artistically the rainbows look kid like...the first few look like graphs to me...i actually like the last one.
When i found the site i had no idea what the green was about. Simple is best. Imho.
