I have been practicing a mock gambling demo for the last few months and prepared it for a reunion, I didn't expect the crowd to be so big. As I began I realized my table was too low and my demonstration too small for the big crowd. The first few rows looked impressed, but after that they had no idea what I did.

How do I make it play bigger?

I've demo-ed my game for Station Casinos and at G2E.

Basically, with a table game, you're limited to 6 active players and 12 people observing - which is a LOT.
A few things:
1. Prepare a script of the game, and describe the game thoroughly to the whole audience and take questions; then deal the game in groups and take additional questions as they come up.
2. If demoing the game to a large group, use closed circuit TV on the game and display the table action on a large screen for the group, with a mike hooked up to descibe the goings-on.
3. Make a demo disk of the game in action (.wav file), press CD's, and distribute;
4. Have a professional company make a video demo of the table game in action (Gaming Network Inc, a game distributor in Las Vegas, also does this kind of work for casino operators and game designers, for both proprietary games and standard games like BJ, Craps, etc.) Contact Steven Jones there, producer, at (702) 481-0332. If you're not in Las Vegas, you'd need to send a layout design and dealer's procedures, and a check.
