Delaware Park opened their table games today. From their gaming brochure, it looks like the rules will be pretty liberal. Per their gaming guide:

-10X odds at craps. I don't bet the hop bets, but they pay 15:1 and 30:1 for those who do.
-For all blackjack tables: 3:2/S17, resplitting aces allowed up to 4 hands, unlimited splitting of all other pairs (I've never seen that one before), double after split allowed, late surrender allowed.
-Roulette is 00. Honestly, though, I've never seen single-0 roulette with less than a $25 minimum, and usually it's in the high limit area.

They also claim to offer "Macau style" midi-baccarat, which does not appear to just involve the player handling the cards, the way the guide reads. Maybe this is the US version of chemin de fer that Mohegan Sun is offering now?

Also interesting: they openly post table mins and maxes on the web site. At off times, it looks like they'll have $5 at most games, and $10 mini-baccarat. Not too shabby considering it's hard to find any table games under $10 in Atlantic City these days, and most are at least $15.

Good for them. It seems somebody there knows how to compete with a deceptive, arbitrary and capricious Atlantic City.

I went on Tuesday and can confirm these rules. These are probably the best games on the EC for the BS player. However, they deal from CSMs at every single table, so counters are foiled.

The one rule you failed to mention is no splitting tens, but that is only valuable to the counter and DP is not a shop for them anyway.

I love the casino for this, seriously, most informative and nice a casino has ever been in my experience. I'm surprised that they wouldn't increase craps to $10 on the weekends, they're kind of boxing themselves in by limiting themselves.

On most of the games it includes the caveat "and up". I'm not surprised they're using CSM's either, given the low house edge...Monte Carlo in Las Vegas has 4 tables with really good rules, and I guarantee those are CSM tables too.
