The casino royale numbers quoted are for 5 card hands, not 7. That's a pretty significant error, the final probability is off by many orders of magnitude.

Other significant error is the hands in texas hold'em are not independent so you cannot just multiply the probabilities.

What gets me about movie scenes like this is the idiot who comes up with a straight flush is made to look like some kind of a hero/genious. Like some kind of a top player. Any idiot can make a straight flush if he plays long enough.
