So I saw Cheap Trick and Aerosmith last night at Revel - amazing seats - both bands were in top form
Steven Tyler - at age 64 - hops around the stage with more energy than most young bands - a true consummate showman
They opened with Mama Kin - closed with Walk This Way
Encore: Dream On and Sweet Emotion

Cool, I actually stayed away from AC that Friday because the crowds were expected to be massive. But went down on Saturday for a nice session and saw a house band that did a lot of great covers like "Cult of Personality", Are You Gonna Go My Way & Bring the Noise. Singer was ok, but certainly not Vernon Reid, Lenny Kravitz or even Chuck-D.
But a nice touch by Revel having live bands free of charge even during such a Big Concert weekend.

One of the BEST Shows I have seen:
- Cheap Trick at Paris doing "Sgt Peppers Lonely
Hearts Club Band".
One of the worst shows I have seen:
- Cheap Trick at Mountaineer ( W Va ) trying to
work the bugs out before starting their tour
with Aerosmith. Just horrible sound mixing.
There's emptiness behind their eyes
There's dust in all their hearts
They just want to steal us all and take us all apart
