I saw this on 12 Noon News. The link supplied is no longer valid from here. From what I recall in the brief clip, it looks like the Mom is paying attention to the baby, and not where she was walking, as her head was pointed down all the time. Freakish, and scary, knowing a thimblefull about NYCSubs. People were right on the spot and got both to safety. +1 Thousand.
Some people need to reimagine their thinking.
