Always bet the underdog.

Congrats G-Men, but still.......

2011's Super Bowl XLV holds the record for total number of U.S. viewers, attracting an average audience of 111 million viewers, making the game the most viewed television broadcast of any kind in U.S. history

So where will this year's land? I think it will beat last year's number, around 115-116 million...

It came in just under last years. It was a better spectacle than last year, in my opinion.

And now we can all just relax and take a break from the NFL...

...for about two weeks, until the NFL Combine (and maybe discuss things like "just how important is somebody's 40 time, anyway?")

...and then it's only a couple of months until the draft, and at about the same time, they release the schedule, followed by one of my "favorite" activities, "Count the number of times they managed to screw the San Francisco area out of a TV doubleheader this year." (In 2011, it was 10 weeks out of 17.)
