Your picture is on the internet with an article where you admit collusion and downright cheating and you even identify the casino. The only thing you didn't do was identify the dealer. That kind of friendliness gets people arrested.

I dont always agree with how some casinos operate, but I 100% agree with any dealer being caught doing something like this being fired and arrested. I think if I was ever put in this situation, I would get up and RUN away fast.

This sounds like it could me the same dealer I posted about on the site over a year ago (can't remember where). We looked after him well and he always seemed to know what cards were coming. He would shake off our obvious hits and and have us hit when normally we wouldn't have. This was the last year before Marina was incorporated into the MGM. We spent a lot of time with the same dealer because we were on a junket and had to put in 8 hours at the tables to get the trip comped. The dealer seemd rather crotchity at first but we found him very interesting and full of stories about old Vegas. He was ready to retire and probably close to 70 years old. His story was that he used to be sent in by the casino to cheat if the winners were getting too far ahead.
