Similarly what are the "tells" that a casino is paranoid of card counters.

My local casino, located in a medium sized town/city, offers 6 deck blackjack with pretty bad rules (0.6% HE) but good penetration (80%+ on avg I think). Table limit and spread are extremely high (5-5000), (10-5000),(15-5000),(25-5000) They welcome watchers (doesn't seem to be suspicious AT ALL) and allows mid shoe entry. Am I right on assuming they probably don't get a lot of card counters and probably are lenient on it?

Others have stated that so many card counters do it badly that casinos should welcome them.

What are the table limits? What do they consider a "big player" and what kind of action do they get? [ie: Is it rare to see someone betting $50+? Or do you see lots of players betting chunky green and/or black?] Do they sweat players if they get on a winning streak? What's the threshold of cashing out (ie: when you cash your chips at the cage, there's a certain amount at which the cashier has to call the pit and verify). Do they have a few BJ tables or do they have a whole bunch? At what point do they pay more attention on a buy in? Some places I've been, dealer says "changing 1000", and pit glances over and says "ship it"....while other places changing 500 has the floor people come over, double verify everything, and they stand around and watch a few rounds. At what point do they call "checks play"? Some places do it at $50...while others don't call checks play until $500.

Unfortunately I don't have answers to most of these, haven't been there that long.
