Casino Credit fraud gets man 6 years.
Elaborate scheme of easy money has a downside.

Although the scam term used in the story known as “rolling the chips” to describe the offense …. is one I’ve never heard of.

A lot of good people will suffer for many years with debt and bad credit from this scam. We sometimes dont feel bad when the casino gets it, but in this case, people who probably didnt understand what he was doing got hurt. They may have been greddy, but they are now paying for trusting him.

Look how elaborate this scheme was, the planning it
took, the conspiracies involved. And his family is in
court pleading for a light sentence? Get real, I would
have given the jerk the full 9 years and sent him back
to China the day he gets out.
