This topic came across my mind while I was replying to another members post; and I am sure it is not the first time this question has been asked. So, in your opinion, what casino has the best dealers? Your answer can include any casino in the U.S.

My favorite place to gamble in Las Vegas is Caesars Palace because they have the best dealers. Although I did encounter some pretty awesome dealers at Cosmopolitan....they were fast!!

For poker dealers the Aria is my favorite. The best for pit games has been Bellagio. I am guessing this answer varies quite a bit based on the limits that you play. I am definitely a low roller at the Bellagio or Aria. In the poker room I want a quick, professional dealer that keeps the game moving and minimizes confusion. For pit games I am looking for low mistakes, a good personality, professional attitude, and not pushing the sucker bets.

The most entertaining dealer I have played with was a BJ dealer at Binion's about 2005. He made a big show about how he was a slow dealer but was actually quick, it was just an illusion. He seemed to pull the cards slowly but the overall game speed was fast. Very professional but just the right amount of banter for a low limit game.

The dealers at my local casinos (Seattle area) all tend to be pretty bad.

Then how on EARTH could BELLAGIO be the best for casino dealers?!? I have RARELY met a dealer there who even had a personality, and some were just outright surly. Read any review for the casino and I'm pretty sure you'll find the sentiment echoed across the board.

In Vegas, hands down the best dealers are now at Cosmopolitan. They are the friendliest, run a clean game, and seem genuinely happy that you are playing in their casino. Most of the CET properties, except Flamingo, have pretty good dealers as well, though I would hardly classify them as the best.

It used to be that Harrah's Joliet outside Chicago had the best BJ dealers anywhere. They all operated at a consistent, fast and clean speed. It was RARE if a mistake was made. However, the last couple times I've been there the dealers have not been quite as good. Horseshoe Tunica has pretty good dealers as well, though they are not as friendly as they used to be. The pit bosses there are very professional and happy to comp you, so they deserve some props too.

I love the dealers in the Asian Pit at the Rio. They make me feel like a friend playing together, they remember me each time I return, even though I only get there around twice a year.

Do those girls actually DEAL blackjack. If they got to keep their tips they would make WAY more than 50,000 a year. Unless they only work weekends.
