I think they have a couple Mexican specialties once in a while. Portions are large. The staff seems largely Mexican, so I'm not sure if it is a concession or casino-operated. Regardless, you can use your comps there and at Tuscany it is very easy to earn comps. Marilyn's is a standard coffee shop that seems to do everything well, with a couple extra nice touches like brown sugar and raisins for the oatmeal, honey for the grapefruit, etc. You couldn't do much better for the segment. It is everything a coffee shop should be -- a huge menu with tons of options, and excellent service. I have not had a bad, or even average meal here. Everything is done really, really well. Try the prime rib.
