The casino will reimburse the first $50 you lose in slots or video poker (though the VP payback is lousy), so it's basically a $50 free roll. On top of that, you get a $10 table game matchplay, and on top of that, there's a $25 matchplay in the latest American Casino Guide. I found out about this trifecta here: http://vegasoffthestrip.blogspot.com/ I almost never play slots, but I decided to use my free roll on a machine that could have a big jackpot -- dollar Wheel of Fortune. I jumped ahead $60 immediately and decided to quit there, rather than sink back down to -$50 and be reimbursed. |

If you had cashed out $60 ahead, then put $50 in and lost that, (either in the same or different machine), would that have been reimbursed? Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown.
But how much does it cost to knock on wood? |

Also, if you go midweek, they have a gambling happy hour, which sports $3 craps and $.25 roulette |
