In the Ask the Wiz section, under specific games, I checked
roulette, bac, craps, and BJ. In the FAQ sections all the ones
I looked at had multiple errors, in that some of the questions
had missing answers. A few answers had missing questions.
I can only assume that all the games have similar issues.

Thanks for all the comments thus far. Please keep them coming.

Reorganizing the Ask the Wizard was one of the most time consuming parts of the new site. Each question in 278 columns had to be categorized and perhaps some mistakes were made in the process.

Yes, I know the top banner looks too low def. I need to try to find the original file, which I believe was huge. If not, perhaps we'll frame it, and keep the original size.

For what it's worth, I have links on my Poker For Roulette site to that page.

LOL.

I like the look and feel of the new site. Like others, I clicked into the ATW section. I happened to notice that the answer to one question was wrong, and I know that the Wiz corrected it. What is the data source for those columns? Is there a newer version of the information that is available? I'd guess that an old version is being referenced.

My guess is that JB copied the website during the interval between when that Ask The Wiz was posted and when it was corrected. Then he worked on the design for a couple months before letting us know about it.

LIR is not working properly. It seems to work until you hit "Deal Now" then no cards, nothing.

Have there really only been 4 ATW questions this year or are some missing?

I don't think the recent ones have been added to the new site yet.

Thank you all for your continued contributions.

Mike's caricature is gone. As serious as the website is, there's nothing wrong with including a little personality by having that caricature. Also, it points to an "About this site / About the Wizard" page. Is such a page gonna exist on the new site?

For what it's worth, I have links on my Poker For Roulette site to that page. The reality is, I would have prefered to link directly to the "About the Wizard" section, but upon examination of your source code, I didn't see an anchor point to link to.

On that note, I'd like to see a lot more anchor points on the website.

Often, when posting on WoV in response to a question, I'd want to link directly to the answer on a WoV page. As it is now, I have to link to the page, then say "Go about xxx down to the xxx section..."
Although I still think having additional anchor points would be nice, I realize that it would also create headaches.

As far as the links to the "About The Wizard" on my website, I just discovered that there is a seperate page for Mike's bio, here: http://wizardofodds.com/general/shortbio.html. I am now linking to that page.

Hi all,

It has taken a lot longer than I had hoped or planned, but a revamped version of WizardOfOdds.com is ready for this community's approval.

This is the temporary location of the new version

If you wish to, please check it out and report back any problems you find. There are likely still some pages which have formatting problems, so don't be surprised if you find some. Missing pages are especially important - so if you find any then please do report so here or send me a private message.

Thanks!

This is a stylistic point entirely.

Under the Banner on the Home page, provIde the reader with an overview statement defining the purpose of the site. You have done this quite effectively at the WOV homepage.
