I would list the top 5, in rough order of installs, as:

IGT
WMS (Williams Gaming)
Bally
Aristocrat
Konami

I could be wrong. I am including Video Poker machines as slots in naming IGT largest.

Edit: Sorry, I misread your question. While I think all of these are online in various casino apps, I think PlayTech is the largest of the online-only developers. These I listed are the major developers for brick-and-mortar casinos.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
