got an email from Caesars about my July rewards credit (RC) activity.

I've gambled and ate at a Caesar's property 3 times so far in Aug.
yet on Caesar's website, my RC is still the same as July's?!

no way did I spend and earn the same amount of RC's to cancel each other out such that it's currently the same exact # as from July.

Is Caesar's website updating the Rewards Credits for you?

They told me about 6 months ago via email (general blast; I didn't ask) that it's usually the 7th or 8th of the month before they update the RC's monthly accounting, and it takes about 48 hours to update after you play, so perhaps you're just a few hours or a day early on that.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

i see the problem.

the statement says July and lists the July activity.
yet it says the RC point total is as of Aug 5.
thus it includes my play so far this month.

so even though it's the July statement, it includes the points for the first 5 days of Aug.
but doesn't list the Aug activity.

WTF?

why not just list the point total as of the end of the month of that statement?
ie: As of 7/31/15

Last week on Saturday evening I played through enough coin to rack up the magnificent total of 1 Tier Credit & 1 Reward Credit, in order to restart the expiration clock on my TR comp balance (I no longer give a flying fork about my ADT with them). Then I logged in at home to my account online through the Total Rewards website, and when I checked that way the next morning there it was. Sounds like you're waiting for emailed monthly statements. I suggest checking online when you've racked up something that matters to you. That method shows your activity much quicker, I've found mistakes do happen in the system and have happened to me a few times, and are much easier to hunt down & correct soon after rather than later.

EDIT to add: I see from re-reading more carefully, including the thread title, that you may have checked online as well as looking at the monthly email. If so, I have no clue about such a delay. I have never experienced a lag of more than 24hrs when logging into my account on the TR site, and I have always been meticulous about constantly tracking and cross-checking everything I do in casinos.
